Thanks for signing up, and welcome to Shred Union!

Mascha, Andy, Nick and I have been working our asses off getting this site ready for prime time, and we're almost there.

Feel free to introduce yourself in this thread, maybe say a little bit about how you found out about the site, and what you like so far.

Lawrence

to all the first users of Shred Union,
we're thankful to have you guys on here helping us get to where we are now. and there's still alot more to go and do. this site is dedicated to the riders out there waiting for a site to be able to connect with friends, make new ones, talk about your trips/gear without feeling like you need to hold back.

we want to hear what you guys are thinking, what the snowboard community likes and doens't like.

we need your help to put Shred Union on the map.

I'm Kali. Love the reviews. It has taken me about nine years of snowboarding to make the progression to know what is good gear and what is not. I can't believe my first snowboard back in 1999 was an Airwalk! It did work out okay for a beginner like me at the time. I didn't know anything! I am pleased to see that there is so much more women's equipment to choose from.

I'm loving this site. Keep up the great work.

Hey fellow snow sliders,
My names Avran I run a snowboard blog called www.angrysnowboarder.com I've been writing reviews online for 5 plus years now. I'm a product tester for Never Summer Industries and help out with a few other companies. I've seen the rise and fall of many snowboard related sites. Right now you're flow and style is a lot better than some of the other upstarts I've seen. Its too soon for me to think of any thing for you guys to work on, but I'll toss out my .02 cents when I think of things.

Hey you!

My name is Mascha and I enjoy taking long walks on the beach, finishing crossword puzzles, love snowboarding, my friends and happy hours with free chicken wings and Waffle House.

Cheers!

ps: thanks for helping us test Shred Union! I really appreciate your feedback, input, comments, suggestions and love!

Hey, I'm Becky and I love surfing but since I'm in school in Boulder, Co I've taken up snowboarding. I found ShredUnion on Twitter and whoever posts there seems pretty damn cool. Although I never got any free stuff! LOL No worries, catch ya on the slopes! I'm out of commission for a few weeks due to ruptured eardrum...Hey, when surfing, go big or go home!

Free stuff? i never got any bribes.... yo im Jordan (16) in Wasilla, Alaska. ive been riding 9 years now and live about 25 minutes from some badass backcountry riding, and about an hour and a half from alyeska resort. me and my friends like to throw our gear in my truck, and leave right from school to hit the mountain and build some backcountry kickers. I make frequent trips to snoqualmie in Washington, and an annual roadtrip to whistler. My life revolves around boarding. end of story.

What's good?
My real name is Kyle but most know me as Roundhouse. I'm from Alaska but you may have met me in New York, Vermont, Africa, Colorado, or Oregon. I'm a lifer, been riding for over 17 years and it's almost killed me but I won't stop... I love this shit! From Coaching Campers and flipping off of rails to eating ledges with my face, This is the life I lead and FUN is my Modus Vivendi...Hit me up, I've usually got a crazy story or two. PE@CE, Roundhouse.

SHREDUNION: The site looks good I'm stoked on it, and I'll see y'all in Vegas!

What up?!

Name's Dre and I found out about Shred Union through my friend Mascha! I live and work at Hunter Mountain, New York and I love snowboarding! I been snowboarding for about 6 years and I can't stop. I shred around New York and Vermont mostly, but am looking forward to visiting friends in CO and Tahoe.

As for the site, I think its awesome. It's fun and entertaining as well as informative. I know what I like in a snowboard and the review feature is good for that. Plus Mascha is way cool so this must be!

See you all on the hill!

What it do?

My name as Garin but the homies call me G money. I was born in Los Angeles and moved to Utah last year right before snow season. I immediately got into snowboarding with a pass to Sundance. The next fall I decided Sundance was too small and moved to Park City. For about a month's worth of real legit park I'm pretty good. I'll have a video up in a couple of days hopefully.

Can't wait for spring shreddin'
