This is one of the best bindings I owned so far!
The combination of the Burton 156 T6 and the P1.1 makes it so easy to ride. You just think what you would like to do and before you know it it's done.
Can't wait to ride this setup in the 1/2 pipe!

au contraire, the T6 is a medium stiff board (less stiff than the Custom series if I'm not mistaken) and the P1.1 is one of the stiffest Burton bindings there is, think only the C02 is stiffer.
I just love the direct response of this setup.
I just love the direct response of this setup.
I've got the Burton Ducati which is based on the Custom X and that one is definitely stiffer than the T6. Might also have to do that the Ducati is a 162 and my T6 is a 156, but the nose and the tail of the T6 are softer than the Ducati, that's for sure.
actually the c60, c02 and the cartels are all stiffer than the p1. and its all opinion but there is now way in hell that the t6 is softer than a custom. alumafly core is nowhere near as stiff as a wood core with carbon fiber.
Agree on the fact that the C60 and the C02 are stiffer than the P1.1 not sure about the cartel though, may I say that you shouldn't look at the 'response' number that Burton gives you, that confused me too when I got these bindings last year.
In regards to the stiffness of the board, what you say doesn't make sense:
"t6 is softer than a custom. alumafly core is nowhere near as stiff as a wood core with carbon fiber"
FYI the T6 is an Alumafly Core (honeycomb structure no wood core) board and the Custom is a Superfly II Core board with a carbon I beam. Unless the Burton Ducati (which has a Superfly II core) isn't based on the Custom (X) I'm sure the T6 is softer.
But like I said: "Ride it don't talk about it" ;-)
