Heavenly only seems to be lacking in angle intensity, until you finally chance upon Motts Canyon, Stagecoach Woods, and North Bowl (to name a few), which are all on the Nevada side. The Face (CA-side) is still a challenging run, due to the wet and heavy snow that is no longer groomed; leaving opportunity for the skiers to create massive moguls. Early in the season, though, the Face doesn't seem transformed by moguls. I heard that the strategy behind not grooming some of the trails is because of the rate of incidence of injury and interminable sliding.
