i only started coming here because of the emilio's day trips last year and went probably 10 weeks in a row. almost the same thing this year. the conditions are usually pretty sweet and the people working there are super-friendly. it's really crowded at the bottom but get up a bit higher and you can find some less populated trails.

i live in nyc, hate the catskills mountains (hunter, belleayre, etc) so as long as emilio's keeps bringing people up here, i'm down.
