At first I didn't like these bindings at all, but I'm beginning to like them more and more. But I think was due to me coming directly from Ride CAD's which are the total opposite of what 390's are for.

They are pretty light weight and so far I'm not seeing any real problems with them. I like to match them up with Salomon F22 boots as of right now instead of my F20's since I think the soft binding/soft boot combo isn't my cup of tea yet.

I haven't had any problems with the Toe Cap, but I have the 07/08 LE editions and I think it has improved on previous designs. The ankle straps are also surprisingly comfortable.

As for build quality I haven't had problems, but I'm not to keen on having a plastic base disc.
