I went to my boardercross competition today and planned o... (+) I went to my boardercross competition today and planned on "taking it easy". I did just that and finished my races with no groin problems. I took a pow run through the trees on the way back down to the lodge and it was so fun. The powder today felt different, but real nice. Then on the main trail I dipped my nose flipped and wrecked my groin so much worse. I couldn't even get up. I got helped onto a patrol snow mobile and went to first aid. Now I really can't ride. :[ (-)
